1. Introduction

Welcome to Screed Flooring Cape Flooring Creeds ("we", "us", "our"), a flooring services business registered in South Africa (Registration No. 2026/072903/07). By requesting a quote, booking a site visit, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

We provide microcement, epoxy, metallic epoxy, stone carpet, terrazzo, polished concrete and related screed flooring installation services for residential, commercial and industrial clients across the Cape.

3. Quotes And Bookings

All quotes provided before an on-site inspection are estimates based on the information given at the time of enquiry. Final pricing is confirmed only after a site visit and written quotation. Bookings made through our website, WhatsApp or phone are provisional until confirmed by us in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion. We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment is overdue.

5. Cancellations And Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed site visit or installation date. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out or rescheduling fee.

6. Workmanship And Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our installations. Specific warranty terms covering workmanship and, where applicable, materials will be confirmed in your written quotation, as warranty periods can vary by product and installation type.

7. Limitation Of Liability

While we take every care to deliver high-quality, durable flooring, we are not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control after handover, including but not limited to structural movement, water ingress unrelated to our work, or misuse of the finished surface.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
